MABBI – Research conducted by Muh Fadhil Al-Haaq Ginoga, Rina Trisminingsih, and Wisnu Ananta Kusuma from IPB University entitled Drug-Target Visualization on IJAH Analytics Using Sankey Diagram.
IJAH Analytics is a website that provides information about herbs and can predict the efficacy of several herbal plant formulations. This research focuses on developing the IJAH Analytics front-end module and improving the Graphical User Interface (GUI). The GUI implements recommendations for improvements based on usability tests that have been carried out in IJAH Analytics version 2, especially in multipartite graphic visualization. Improvements made include making graphics more responsive, reducing crossed edges, and giving color to graphic visualizations. Visualization is implemented using the Google Chart library to display on a website. The development of the front-end module uses the Prototyping method, and the usability test of satisfaction parameters uses the System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire. IJAH Analytics is successfully developed in 3 iterations and resulted in an average SUS score of 69.5. The third version of IJAH Analytics provides a better and more interactive display of use and helps in finding herbal formulas. (Tri/MABBI)
